As I head into my 12th season hosting, here are a few highlights. I live here full time..I have pets..dogs and cats.. and WILD Roosters. if you are not an animal lover, my place is probably not a good fit. This is not a resort..rather a true Caribbean home. My place is not perfect, it has your home away from home feeling. This listing is for 1 of 6 units.. if this one is not available check the others. AC is included for sleeping, and only in the bedroom. Full AC is added $15/day
The space
This booking is for our 1 bedroom with sunroom/extra sleeping area and livingroom. We now have FULL AC in this unit. Please ask about the pricing for AC. This is one of five units available on the gated property known as Caribbean Breeze Apartments and Vacation Homes. If you have allergies to pet fur, we are not a good fit for you. We have three other 1 bedroom units, and two studio units. We are conveniently located right in the Heart of the Historic Town of Frederiksted, walking distance to the BEST beaches on the west end, and many restaurants, shops and markets. Please note, this is a 300 year old seaside old Danish town, with old world charm. Although the town might look a bit run-down, it is an amazing area of old world architecture and history. There is a LOT of renovations going on within our little community, and we love all the new residents this development is bringing. This is a newly updated unit in our 17th Century Danish building. This is an updated one bedroom, new bathroom/kitchen, appliances, floors, multiple ceiling fans. OPEN floor plan, with bathroom in the bedroom, and extra sleeping area off the livingroom. Dish Network and WiFi included. Prices here are for the ONE BEDROOM UNITS. Three of the one bedroom units are on the 2nd floor. 4 of our units have AC in the bedrooms only . We personally have never used them. There is an extra fee for AC usage for month long rentals, and all other weekly rentals except during prime weeks..which are Christmas, New Years and Spring Break/Easter.Just ask, we can tell you. Electricity is a very expensive commodity on the island, so we try to conserve as much as possible :) I have added new links to this listing that detail all of the units we now have available.
Just added, our newly renovated (#2) Cruzab Breeze, LARGE studio with patio/fenced doggy area for those of you with fur babies. All new bathroom, full kitchen. This studio is on the ground floor. All units have King beds EXCEPT Sea Breeze and Bay Breeze..which have queen beds. We also have a swimming pool as of August, 2016

large outdoor gated and enclosed courtyard with shared pool.. BBQ grill, Snorkel gear/beach chairs available, as well as cooler. Snorkeling and beach chairs are 1st come, 1st served and need to be checked out
Other things to note
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150 due upon check-in. This unit is a no pets unit to accommodate those with allergies..but if you have allergies, please note, we are not a good fit for you. often, our guests let the pets in their units..we do have three other units we allow traveling pets. There are pets around the property, both cats and dogs, so keep in mind when booking. Eventhough we do not allow people to bring their pets in this unit, others on the property roam free, and we are open air units. There are 2 long term tenants on the property, all women, who have been living here since 2000 and 2007! Property is VERY safe, and I live on-site to help with any immediate issues.. 4 of our units now have AC in the bedrooms . We personally have never used them.
