Come stay in our 5 STAR chalet! A favorite for honeymooners & special getaways. Our romantic A-frame is 10 min to downtown Boone & a quick drive to Banner Elk. With a perfect view of Grandfather Mountain, this view has been called one of the best in Boone! This modern cabin has a surround shower, a fire pit, a 2 person Jacuzzi soaking tub, custom stained glass and many personal touches to make it feel like home. Come stay in our sweet home that is close to everything, yet feels miles away!

Right now is the perfect time to book "Chalet Shiloh," aptly named to be a place for restoration, relaxation and renewal. We are the perfect house for outdoor activities, with close proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock & Banner Elk.

Our romantic a-frame is one of the best places in all of the High Country for honeymoons, anniversaries and special getaways. It is a place that will capture you heart and soul. We are blessed to have many repeat guests. It is a place you will want to come to again and again!

Built in 1962, this 1200 square foot a-frame cabin has been reimagined in a Scandinavian style. Perfect for a romantic getaway but roomy enough for 4. The mountain view features the profile of Grandfather Mountain and can be seen from the deck and many rooms inside.

- The master bedroom is your private oasis featuring a beautiful bed by Article, a king size Tuft & Needle Mint mattress, curated book shelves and mountain views from all windows.
- Custom tiled surround shower, with 6 body sprays, rain shower and handheld shower. A favorite among guests!
- Plants fill every nook of our light filled a-frame
- The cozy, private loft with bamboo full size mattress is the perfect place to read a good book or catch up on sleep.
- Take a soak in the jacuzzi jetted tub or unwind in the awesome surround shower.
- Enjoy your morning coffee in the english courtyard or watch the sunset over Grandfather Mountain from the large back deck.
- The chalet features large picturesque windows with custom stained glass.
- Take a stroll in the quiet, private neighborhood or sit down by the fire pit for the perfect way to end a full day of mountain fun.
- Grill your favorite meal on the back deck while taking in the fresh mountain air.
-The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make a delicious meal. Enjoy oats for breakfast on us. Local coffee and a tea selection are provided.

After a restful morning at the chalet, get to exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, or hike the famous mile-high swinging bridge at Grandfather Mountain. Ski Slopes are a short distance away and provide year round activities. Boone is a foodie town and there are many delicious restaurants to try. We would love to help you have a memorable stay!

Full access to the entire property except the garage and storage sheds.

Other things to note
-Babies and toddlers must be closely supervised due to the loft & stairs. A liability waiver for loft staircase is included in house rules. Children must be supervised at all times. Climbing on the courtyard wall is strictly prohibited.

- 4wd is required in Boone in the winter due to inclement weather. While our neighborhood has road maintenance, including plowing and salting, winter weather can change rapidly and we cannot guarantee the status of roads.

- Summer mowing schedule will be communicated to you prior to arrival, as the day changes depending on weather and lawn service company.

-Events are NOT allowed at our home, including elopements.

- Guests must be a minimum of 22 years of age to book.

I was born and raised in the High Country. I have traveled to mountains all over the world and the Blue Ridge kept calling me home. My husband Zach and I live and work in Boone. We have two wonderful kids who keep our hands and hearts full. By day I am a mommy, Registered Dietitian and photographer. By night you'll find me cooking, learning about essential oils, gardening and adventuring. I am a well-traveled Airbnb guest. I know what a host should do to create a comfortable guest experience.
