BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM
Adjacent to the kitchen, this space features a comfortable queen bed with a gel memory foam mattress, cotton linens, a down comforter, and four pillows. It also includes a small dining table for two that doubles as a workspace.
PLEASE NOTE: This tiny cabin shares a wall with the cabin next door, so you may hear sounds from the other house. Don’t say we didn’t warn you ;)
For your relaxation, we provide a white noise sound machine, air purifier, humidifier, yoga mat, high-density foam roller, as well as an array of coffee table books and games. The cabin is heated by a large wall heater in the winter and has a window A/C unit (in summer months only).
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is small but has stone countertop and is stocked with most items you will need:
- 3 burner gas cooktop. NO OVEN
- small refrigerator with separate freezer
- cookware essentials (pots, pans, plates, cups cutlery, etc.)
- cast iron pan
- french press for coffee
- coffee grinder
- "nutri-bullet" blender
- electric tea kettle
- toaster oven
- microwave
- electric waffle maker
- european style washer/dryer in one laundry unit (Note: loads take longer to dry than normal machines but you don't have to remember to flip!)
LOFT AREA:
The upstairs loft lounge area has a comfy chair with pillows to relax and read a book or play games.
NOTE:The loft is accessed by a steep ladder and does not have full height ceilings. Please review pictures of the steep ladder.
BATHROOM:
The beautifully tiled bathroom is stocked with 100% cotton towels. The shower is equipped with a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. All of the products are natural and plant-based.
FRONT PORCH / OUTSIDE:
The front porch has two chairs and offers a nice place to get a breath of fresh mountain air. It overlooks the other tiny homes and the shared green space with picnic table. The lake is just minutes away and the closest access takes you to the quiet end of the beach :)
PARKING
Please note that there is one (1) designated off-street parking spot for this house. Additional cars must be parked off-site.
(Street parking in Kings Beach is prohibited from November 1st to May 1st due to snow removal activities. The public parking lot across the street can only be used during daytime hours.)

Other things to note
POSSIBLE NOISE / INTERIOR SOUND
This cabin is part of a duplex and shares a wall with the neighboring cabin. Sounds from the other house may be heard. Kings Beach is a lively neighborhood, with urban sounds like barking dogs, music, trucks, and chainsaws, alongside natural wildlife noises.
QUIET HOURS AND NOISE COURTESY
Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 9 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially as we share a wall with a neighbor. If arriving late, please be quiet, and use outdoor areas only between sunrise and sunset.
LOCATION
Located in a neighborhood on a property with 6 cabins.
CHILDREN AND PETS
This house is not suitable for infants, children under 12, or pets. Thank you for understanding.
LOFT ACCESS
The steep ladder to the loft bedroom can be hazardous. Guests acknowledge responsibility for any injury from using the ladder and hold the owners harmless in case of injury.
PARKING
Guests have 1 dedicated parking spot. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site. Street parking is prohibited in Kings Beach from November 1st to May 1st.
LIMITED AMENITIES
This cabin does not have a TV or a full-size oven.
WINTER SAFETY
Guests acknowledge that winter conditions can be treacherous. They are responsible for any injury or vehicle damage due to snow, ice, or falling debris on the property.
WILDLIFE PRECAUTIONS
Bears are native to Lake Tahoe. Always lock doors and windows when leaving, and avoid leaving food or scented items in your car. We are not responsible for bear-related damages.
NO BBQs
BBQs of all types are prohibited by insurance and local laws.
COMMUNICATION
Guests must download the Airbnb app for effective communication with the host before and during their stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We follow Airbnb’s strict cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, road conditions, wildfire smoke, or other factors outside the host's control. We recommend booking a place with a flexible cancellation policy or purchasing travel insurance.
