Studio apartment 350 sq ft. in the rear of a private home . Private entrance. Shared walls with home. Entrance is below a large upper deck. Patio outside unit is reserved for guest use, and provides additional space to relax with a. gas grill and firepit. Kitchen stocked with microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, hotplate, pots and pans, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes etc. Private bathroom with spa like shower, washer and dryer in the unit.

The space
Private room, bath, and kitchen situated at the rear of our home. Private entrance. Very peaceful location with an outdoor patio with some chairs for relaxing and a gas fire pit and a barbecue grill. Please note the Studio Room is private. Outside areas are not. As stated in the listing we provide a patio area but if you plan on hanging out on the patio you will likely cross paths with us as we do spend time outside as well.

Guest access
11 foot wide, 120 feet long crushed asphalt driveway for parking going along one side of our home will lead you along a cedar fence to a gate. Open the latched single gate (one step up) and you will enter onto the patio area leading to your private access entry door to the unit ( on the right). We ask that you keep your pets on leash or in the unit with you at all times. . Host can provide a kennel upon request. The grassy area is not for your pets waste. We ask that you use the gravel drive way as the spot for pets to relieve themselves. Please clean up your pets waste and dispose of in the black garbage can by the door.

Other things to note
There is a strict policy of no smoking of any kind (canabis or tobacco) or loud parties allowed on property. Guests in violation of the no smoking policy on the property will be imposed a fine of $150.
Pets are welcome to stay in the unit with you. We do not charge a pet deposit but will potentially charge a pet cleaning fee of $25 if extra time/effort outside of the ordinary is needed to clean up after, after your pet (hair) . Please be mindful that the beds and furniture are not for your animals. I provide sheets to cover or encase bedding if your pets have the potential of getting up on them. If there is damage from your pets to anything, of course you will be responsible for those damages as well. I have rarely encountered any problems with this but want to make sure guests are considerate and aware that our housekeeping is compensated for extra time needed for cleaning if needed.

I love life! I have a large family and any time, anywhere with them is counted as a bit of heaven. Hard work, relaxing, vacations, leisure outings, with my family are my happy place. I love to visit and vacation at Lake Powell, Hawaii, Yellowstone National Forest and Historical visits across the United States.
