Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Relax and detox? Or-- use of dedicated workspace to get that project done! Our farm has it all! Check out these amenities: Bracken Creek surrounds property, sustainable Kentucky farm, donkey friends await, private and safe, fire pit, star gazing. . OR. . . three miles to the sweet town of Augusta, the Ohio River-- winery, shops, restaurants! Private workspace available in historic barn for writing, projects. Internet.

The space
86 acres of privacy-- shared barn time, fantastic arbor by the creek, as well. Country road, games in barn. Your private space is two acres, lol-- with view of the barn. Cell phone accessibility at tiny house, internet in the barn shared space (work space availability), patio, little bridge.

Guest access
Shared barn time. Meet the donkeys and we'll show you around!
Games

Other things to note
Fire pit will be loaded with wood! We have a large available workspace on our barn patio and barn interior. Large table inside, small table outside under patio roof. The barn is just a hop and skip to the tiny house. Great internet in barn. Guests want to "unplug" in the tiny house, so we only offer cell and texting. However, we have work teams come in and set up printers, computers, bring bins and enjoy the work away from . . . work. If interested in work within the tiny house, let me know. We have had a few guests make some tweaks and all was fine. We can advise.

Recently, we have had a chance to complete projects and reflect on the beauty of our farm. Reaching out from nature in a safe and enjoyable manner has become our prominent plan for all of the farm lovers who venture to the Tiny Escape. The donkeys eat their carrots, the hay grows, chickens lay eggs, the creek bounds along its way. We have 86 acres to slow down your vibe. Our backyard is almost-- without bounds. Welcome to Potato Hill!
