PLEASE BEFORE YOU BOOK, READ THE ENTIRE AD see if my house is suitable for you. For someone who is budget conscious and looking for a clean place to stay; this is ideal! The general appearance, condition and furnishings of this small house would be considered "basic".
Located downtown City of Fontana which is the older part of Fontana, close to the Metrolink Station, public transportations, Restaurants and convenience Stores.

The space
The house has 2 bedrooms, 3 Queen size beds (12" Memory foam Mattresses). The entire house has no carpeting, making it easier to keep clean and providing a more sanitary environment. This is also beneficial for guests with allergies. The house has Nest Central Heating & Air conditioner, kitchen privileges (no dishwasher, no oven or icemaker) guests provide their own food. Washer &Dryer access (coin operated washer machine $2.00 & free dryer). The house is located close to the train track. "No access to the backyard "

Guest access
This is a small house located in old Town Fontana built in the 50's.
You will have access to the entire house EXCLUDING THE BACK YARD, this is the main house not a guest house, no one else lives at the property. We provide full privacy to our guests, only contact my guests when they reach out to me. Please take the time to read the kitchen amenities (no oven) Guests provide their own food. One bath towel per guest.
Coin operated washer machine ($2.00) with free dryer machine (not included laundry soap).

Other things to note
The guest will provide a government photo ID.
-The house is equipped with Central Heating and Air. The California Energy Commission recommends to set the thermostat at 78 degrees when people are at home and 81 degrees when people are away from home during the summer to balance confort and efficiently. The house thermostat is set up to 78 degrees.
-There is no access to the garage, guests are welcome to park on the driveway.
-The house is located close to the train tracks.
