Historic charm marries modern luxuries in this beautiful 1880s home. Built by the pioneering Dr. Henry Combacker, this one of a kind home boasts original woodwork and amazing craftsmanship.
Families and groups alike will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, outdoor living spaces, entertainment for all ages, attention to detail, and close to downtown location. Dr. Combacker’s has all you need for a calm, relaxing stay in and out and about.

The space
We’ve selectively furnished the home with pieces that complement its timelessness yet offer modern day conveniences, such as a well-stocked kitchen, bbq equipment, and toiletries. Beyond being able to walk to attractions, shopping, and restaurants, there’s also plenty to keep you entertained on-site with board games, puzzles, cards, reading material, cable TV, and outdoor fire pit and grill.

For flexible sleeping arrangements, we offer a pack ‘n play and two twin rollaway beds available in the unit at all times.

Come slow down and relish in yesteryear as you sip fair trade coffee in a front porch rocker, bird watch from the bay window, or take a long soak in the jetted tub.

Osceola is a charming small town with unique businesses and easy access to hiking, biking, and snowmobiling and ATV/UTV trails. We strive to make every newcomer welcome—whether it be Airbnb guests or new neighbors—all in the name of small town hospitality. Although large box stores aren’t part of our local culture, we’re conveniently situated 10 minutes jsouth of St. Croix Falls, which offers easy one-stop shops; 30 minutes from larger towns such as Hudson, WI and Forest Lake, MN; and under 1 hour from the sprawling Twin Cities.

Here’s the breakdown—
One block away from Oakey Park, two blocks from the grocery store, and a couple more from unique downtown shops, restaurants, Cascade Falls, hiking trails, and Osceola & St. Croix Valley Railway.

A few minute drive out of town to the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, Interstate Park, Wisconsin rustic scenic trails, Trollhaugen skiing and adventure park, and what Wisconsin is best known for—rolling hills and homegrown agriculture and farms.

Less than an hour drive to St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota—both offering great venues for eating, shopping, and entertainment.
