You have free roam of the tastefully decorated and renovated entire house and property. The estate is 1900 sq foot 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a slice of heaven backyard and 2 minute walk to the beach. Renovated October 2018 from the ground up. Relax on the hammock in the backyard, watch 4k tv and wifi, king bed, 2 queens, and set of bunk beds, and couch bed. You can grill on the full stainless propane outside grill or enjoy a meal in state of the art kitchen to entertain up to 8 guests.

Guests will have access to the whole house.

Other things to note
Bikes available with an optional fully refundable deposit. 4 beach cruisers I can have available if elected. small animals are also welcome with another small fee. The house is extremely close to the beach it’s about a 5 mins walk.

Families of course with children are welcome
Not a house to hold parties in
This is a Quiet family neighborhood
No large parties & no renting to just throw a party
All used towels place in a pile on the kitchen floor
Strip bedding and place in a separate pile on kitchen floor.

Beach
When coming back from the beach before entering the home please use outside shower or hose to rinse any sand off.
Any beach towels used please shake out before bringing them in the home.

Dogs
If you are bringing a pet there is a pet fee per dog
Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or blankets, sheets, pillows etc.
If we find your fur babies to have been on any of the furniture, blankets pillows etc. we will charge an extra 100$ cleaning fee
Please clean up any and all messes made by your fur baby.
