**We know connectivity is key...we provide high-speed Starlink satellite WIFI plus a Firestick.** A self-enclosed ground-floor two-bedroom apartment featuring a fully-outfitted kitchen, living/dining room combo plus one bath.We have a gym and pool plus we provide drinking water. For your comfort, we have a standby generator, an onsite well, and water tanks. For your safety, we have 24/7 security and an electric fence. We have onsight managers and dedicated staff to serve.

The space
This ground floor two bedroom apartment is located on the same property with several others. It is in the back corner of the house, with a separate entrance from the house compound to the apartment. The kitchen window faces the side of the property and the bedrooms face the back of the property which makes them very quiet at night. In addition to this unit we have a total of six listings available on this property: five x one bedrooms/one bathroom apartments, as well as our own three bedroom 3.5 bathroom home which we lease when we are not in Ghana. There are long term tenants occupying the other 10 apartments on the property. The high ceilings and large windows provide a bright and cheerful environment. You are steps away from the pool deck.

We are close to several good restaurants and pharmacies. The Melcom and fresh fruit and vegetable purveyors are a short walk away. We are 2 km from the Golden Tulip and Rattray Park. If you fancy good Chinese the Royal Garden is 500M, and the Alliance Français is a short 10 minute walk. We are a 10 minute drive to the famous Kejetia Market in Adum. The golf club is a 5 minute drive. And the newly opened Kumasi Mall is 5 minutes drive. The location is superb.
