This 600 sq ft one-bedroom apartment is the perfect launchpad for your stay in Omaha. Tucked in a secure building with key-fob access, it offers unbeatable value and thoughtful host-provided touches you won’t find elsewhere in the city.

Inside, you'll find an open-concept layout with a galley kitchen, full bath, walk-in closet, and separate bedroom with a workspace. Enjoy a private unit plus access to the building’s gym, community lounge, laundry room, and a gated courtyard with seating and a gas grill.

✨ Bedroom: Sleep like royalty on a memory foam queen mattress with real down pillows and luxury linens washed in Buff City Soap’s gentle, plant-based detergent. There’s also an 18” inflatable queen mattress with the same linens, a cozy futon for flexible sleeping, and a white noise machine for city sounds. A bedside carafe and cup are ready for midnight water sips.

🛋️ Living area: Relax on the sofa bed, browse the magazine stash, or stream your favorites on the 42” Roku TV—already logged into Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, and more. Dine in at the cozy table for two or spread out with takeout on the oversized coffee table.

🍳 Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee and condiments, a nugget ice maker, a pre-filled Brita, and a separate pitcher of chilled tap water.

🛁 Bathroom: Enjoy a rainfall showerhead, bidet toilet with whisper-close lid, and vegan, cruelty-free bath products in a subtle “Island Tranquility” scent.
