The space
Being is located on a 11-acre organic fruit estate, offering breath-taking, 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea. Being is built to allow guests to have a sensual experience of nature. There are astonishing views of the Caribbean Sea everywhere – from every room, nook or spot as well as from the bedrooms, patios, dining and living spaces. Even the bathrooms and showers are designed to bring the outdoors in. Vistas of the sunrise and sunset, moonrise and moonset can be appreciated from virtually anywhere on the property.
The Grand Pavilion and Ocean View Suite:
Perched on the edge of the mountainside and overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea, the Grand Pavilion is a quintessential take on eco-elegance. It is modern, stylish and grand in every way whilst staying true to the essence of Being - nature, well-being, sunsets and sea views.
As the new addition, the Grand Pavilion compliments Being. Built in the middle of the 2020-2021 pandemic, the Grand Pavilion, is a symbol of hope and happiness. It was designed to create an intimate setting for nuptials, honeymoons, and celebrations of life’s greatest gifts - love, family and friendship.
The Grand Pavilion sleeps 2 persons and comes with an infinity pool, private garden, grand piano and private loft. It is surrounded by cascading glass doors and windows offering lots and lots of natural light and scenic views. Enjoy romantic sunsets, verdant vistas, fresh O2 and watch time go by.

Luxury Ocean View Suite:
The Master bedroom is designed to bring the outdoors in. There are 13 doors that allow guests to sleep virtually al fresco with lovely views of the Caribbean Sea on one side and the gardens on the other. Imagine going to sleep on our luxury, hand-made, four-poster king-sized bed with the calming sounds of the waves and waking up in comfort to the sounds of birds and nature all around.
And if you’re looking for romance, then the master bedroom is ideal for you. With its own private garden and secluded balcony overlooking the ocean, you can have a truly romantic evening watching the sunset or getting lost in the vastness of the stars above.
The master bedroom doesn’t merely have a bathroom. We call it a bath house. Here’s why. The bath house is a pavilion adjoining the master bedroom. It’s almost as large as the bedroom itself. And when you step into the shower, you’re actually stepping out onto an open-air, hanging ‘deck’ overlooking the ocean to give you a completely outdoor experience (no roof or walls here, just fresh air and amazing vistas). And although it’s ‘outdoors’ you still have the luxury of hot and cold water.
Premium Ocean View Room:
If you prefer a more enclosed environment but with the same level of comfort and style, then the Blue Room is ideal for you. This is our only air conditioned bedroom for those who still want modern amenities in the midst of the natural environment. Don’t worry, this room and its shower still have amazing views of the ocean that you can enjoy from your bed, the terrace or bathroom.
This room comes with a king-sized bed that was hand-made to high standards by a carpenter and friend, Paul, who comes from the nearby village of Plymouth. And if you have extra guests, there’s a roll-out queen-sized bed (also made by Paul) that you may use.
The en suite bathroom comes with all the amenities such as hot and cold water and his and her sinks. But we didn’t compromise on your view of the Caribbean Sea. Watch out onto the deep blue sea while you wash away your stress under the rain shower.
Deluxe Ocean View Room:
Our Caribbean Room does exactly what its name dictates; you truly feel that you are in the Caribbean when you stay in this room. The six colonial-style bay windows open out to the Caribbean Sea. Imagine waking up and opening your eyes and the first thing you see is blue – blue sea and blue sky. There’s nothing that puts you in a better mood, well, maybe getting the same experience while also waking up in the arms of the one you love. Nothing can beat that.
This room also comes with a loft that overlooks the gardens. There’s a desk where you can sit, relax and read your latest novel. There’s also a sofa-bed in case you have an additional guest. This room is not air conditioned, but it’s really not needed. The strong sea breezes provide a cool environment to lull off at night. But if that’s not enough, don’t worry, there’s a ceiling fan that gives added breeze if required.
Anyone who has ever seen the en suite bathroom for the Caribbean Room always go, “Wow!” Imagine sitting on the proverbial ‘throne’ and enjoying a view of the sky above or the sea below. That’s the experience you get in this bathroom. And in the shower, you can literally reach out and touch the nearby plum tree or soak up some sunshine. This gives a completely different definition sunbathing.

Whether enjoying a captivating movie or listening to the soothing sounds of your favourite piece of music, be entertained in hi-tech style with our Bose surround sound system. Our music system boasts both indoor and outdoor speakers so that you may enjoy your favourite melodies from the location of your choice, even while taking a dip in the infinity pool. Better yet, there are no neighbours to disturb so feel free to turn up the volume and grab your partner for an unexpected dance under the stars.
