Great place to stay. Puts you in the heart of the community. Easy walking throughout the entire medina itself, and very quick access to cabs in case you'd like to drive around the outside of the medina. The staff is absolutely stellar!

Riad Jamaï and Mohammed and his staff is excellent! He takes very good care of the guest and has excellent advice of how to see the city. Be sure you don't fall for a scammer that might find you if take the train into Fes, who is offering tours and cab rides and is very very nice to you, and is saying it would be better and cheaper than your Riad's tour so don't tell them... blah blah blah... it's a scam and don't believe them! Mohammed had an excellent tour guide that shows us the city the best way possible. The pool is nice and the Riad is beautiful. Choose this if you want a true Moroccan experience!

We stayed here for an hour and left. Our room was not as pictured on air bnb. It was 4 flights of stairs up, the towels smelled like mildew and the bathroom was disgusting. It is a hostel, NOT a riad. We talked to other guests and they said their air conditioning had been out for two days and nothing was done about it. The young man who "greeted" us did not speak any language other than Arabic, which is unfortunate when all guests are French, Italian, American etc. Do not stay here.

Beautiful Riad, lovely duvet which made sleeping very comfortable. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the grandness of the Riad. Our host was welcoming & warm. We would've liked our host to of been more helpful with directions of the area, instead of just offering us his tour guide.

Good location in the medina- be careful with directions because there is a different Riad Jamai as well

Beautiful Riad and delicious big breakfast. We loved the roof terrace and we could eat good tajines in the evening. Nice place to stay, next to the medina!
