HEATING & COOLING
New, state of the art, super efficient heating and cooling, mini split system. It works automatically and will ensure pleasant temps in the Barn in any season.

In the cold months, you'll want to level up the coziness by firing up the wood burning stove. We provide all the wood you'll ever need and instructions.

On sticky, hot Summer days our private & spacious, hot & cold outdoor shower cools you off while you gaze at the trees and sky.

FIRE PIT
Located behind the deck and stacked for your campfire pleasure.

LARGER PROPERTY / 4 acres
If you walk along the creek you’ll get to two different spots where you can access the water. One spot has a pebble beach with a deepish spot where you can dip in. The other entrance has a small wooden platform ideal for meditating, practicing yoga or just watching nature.

Our property also features a *non-swimming* pond where we have installed a beautiful custom cedar table. Head down there for a picnic!

Location

Tivoli, New York, United States

Tivoli is a tiny village, friendly & quaint, centrally located between Rhinebeck and Hudson with Germantown and Red Hook along the way.

It's one of the Hudson Valley's hidden gems and an easy, 5 minute walk from the Barn.

It's an awesome spot to explore the Mid-Hudson Valley - from farms to old mansions, from antiquing to watching cabaret at the Spiegeltent or high-end dance & music performances at the Frank Gehry Performing Arts Center.

Visit Olana, catch experimental music at the Basilica Hudson, take an easy hike through the Poet's Walk. Not to mention all the wonderful dining experiences all the way from Rhinebeck to Hudson.

For the adventurous guests we have Tivoli Bays (multiple entrances close to us) for kayaking, paddle boarding, bike riding or just a hike on your own two feet.

I also love that Tivoli has one of each amenity and they are all worth checking out; remember, it's a 5 minute walk!

Tivoli Bakery / hmmm, chocolate brioches...
Tivoli General / tiny shop with a great selection of food, beer & hard cider
The Corner / Fabulous setting with farm to table food & amazing drinks
Santa Fé / Mexican restaurant with porch
Rojo / Tapas
Osaka / affordable Sushi
Fab Yarn / yarn shop
Tangent Theater
The Tivoli Gallery
Kaatsbaan / a Dance performance space
Traghaven / nothing better then a pub within walking distance

oh and not 1 but 2 wellness boutiques (by appointment only).

Bruna is a Creative Producer who landed in New York City from Brazil two decades ago. Andrew is a Designer/Builder and a Sustainability Consultant. After our son was born, we felt the urge to return to the best things of our childhood; space, trees, clean air, birds & bees and farm fresh wonderfulness! So we moved up to the magical Hudson Valley, upstate New York. The Barn in Tivoli is available year around. We live in the Cottage across the driveway and make it available when we travel. Casa Botânica is our new, botanical gardens inspired getaway home, 30 minutes north from Tivoli in Columbia County. Note that we *do not* host weddings or other parties. It is our pleasure to share our land with our guests. Escape the city and experience the magic of country living! Bruna & Andrew
