Direct Banana River with Pool. Property is a duplex. Both units are available for rent.This listing is for one unit. Unit includes 2 beds 1 bath. Sharing only the back yard/pool. Modern clean and all brand new. Tropical view & casual vibe will not disappoint. Fishing, dolphin & manatee spotting daily here. Located on the Space Coast close to Orlando Airport, theme parks, KSC/Space X a 10 min drive to Cocoa Beach and the Port of Canaveral. Property built with you in mind, you will feel the love

The space
We have many toys on site. Paddle board, kayak, floats, lifejackets, bait buckets, cast nets and bikes.

Guest access
As stated the property is a DUPLEX. 2 units that are rented out via this app and another one. It is possible to rent out both sides.
Shared property to other duplex which could be rented at same time is the pool, dock and back yard. I take great care when renting should both sides be rented to let them know and match them up accordingly.

Other things to note
Pool is shallow. No diving. Ramp at rivers edge can be slippery. Bikes can be provided if not already there. Grill must be pulled out to sandy area for use. Damage in pavers will justify a loss of damage deposit. There is a no party policy unless discussed at time of booking. all guest need to be registered with Owner if you rent for four people then only four people should be at the property unless we are otherwise otherwise notified
