This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views.

Hiking + hot springs including Plaza Blanca, Ghost Ranch & Ojo Caliente Springs very near! Licensed massage available upon request. (Please write about dogs, as it's a case by case decision!)

The space
The house has a spacious upstairs loft bedroom with a queen bed, a full downstairs kitchen with living room and bunk bed, (2 stacked single beds), set apart enough to feel like it's an extra room, washer/ dryer, couch and full bathroom with jacuzzi.

It is minimal and clean, with strong bones built in '07. It overlooks a valley of Cottonwood trees, sagebrush, willow and juniper, with lots of walking opportunities.

For heating: I have the option of either a propane heater and/ or an electric infrared heater. Both are strong enough to heat the space on their own.

The yard/ land: The house backs up to a large fenced-in area, perfect for well behaved dogs. Please write us directly about bringing your pets. We'd love to accommodate you if we can, but need to make decisions case by case, depending on the dogs temperament, whether they are barkers and how they will co-exist with my 3 dogs further back on the land (also, in their own fenced-in area)

Perfect for either the single artist, looking to be alone and with nature, and/ or a family or group, sleeping up to 4.

Hi, I am Aimeé. I found home in New Mexico 5 years ago after lots of travel and touring. Love my life in Abiquiú, and work as a musician, host, and (currently) building spaces on this Tewá land for ones moving through grief to be held and met in reverence.
