Ål hytta with modern kitchen, sauna, shower, 3 bedrooms and loft. Bright, functional with fantastic views. Consistently high standard in the cottage. Suitable for up to 5 adults plus children. Dishwasher, washing machine and all basic kitchen utensils. No wifi, but good 4G coverage. Electric car charger. Immediate access to groomed ski trails, trails, beautiful scenery and real mountain feeling. Two hours drive from Oslo. The cabin is located at around 900 masl.

The space
The cabin is idyllically located on Lauvhaugen at the top of Skallandslia on the west side of Norefjell. From the cabin there are extensive machine-prepared trails, including to Tempelseter and Høgevarde. Picture of trail network is attached. For those who love fishing and swimming, there are several lakes in the area. For information about hiking opportunities, see the website of Eggedal hiking team and ut.no It is about 10 minutes drive down to Eggedal center. There is a grocery and wine store, gas station, restaurant, tourist information etc. Ski equipment kan be rented at Norefjell skiutleie.

Great hiking trails both summer and winter. In winter, there are top class cross-country skiing opportunities at the cottage. For those who want to stand alpine, the nearest alpine slopes are Haglebu (25 min drive) and Norefjell (40 min drive). Skiing equipment, both alpine and cross-country, can be rented at Norefjell skiutleie. Norefjell map in photos gives a good overview of other activities in the area.
