You will have 6 private open-style cabanas each private bathroom and rain shower, with an exterior open-air shared veranda, overlooking the sea with views of the Belize Barrier Reef. King Size Beds! 🏝What is this unique island space called Cindiri on the Reef?
We have two twin cabanas positioned side by side with private Verandas and Lounging decks, you are renting both cabanas with this booking.
-The cabanas are approximately 24x24 in size with open floor plans, kitchen area and private bathrooms, with walk in rain showers.
🏝Where is the island?
-Located 12 miles off the coast of Dangriga, a Garifuna village in South Central coastal Belize. The island is on the Belize Barrier Reef and you will have break water views from each Veranda.

🏝Who lives on the island?
-Aside from our amazing and attentive staff who give you space you need but are there if you need them, that is it! The island is not inhabited and is truly remote. An occasional fisherman my come by to barter. Sailboats may pass by off shore.

Guest access
No Tourist traps here! Guests can explore the entire island and relax. We have a mangrove wildlife walk to explore the shallow water sealife. We have security dogs on the island for your protection. Work around the island occurs at times and we are mindful of guests during your stay to not be disruptive. Feel free to check out everything you are interested in learning about!

- We are an eco-friendly culturally responsible resort.

- We offer catch and cook local cuisine with our onsite guest only restaurant.

-We employ local Belizean’s and practice environmentally responsible reef and fishing access.

- We use solar power whenever possible and use rainwater for our fresh water source on the island. Please use water sparingly so everyone can enjoy a short rain shower.

- Water is temperate to cool depending on the weather outside and is collected and filtered using our rain water vat system. We do not offer hot water. Use water sparingly to conserve for the next guest as rain is never guaranteed.

- We offer fans to run while power is on, no AC units yet.

- If you book with us you are agreeing to be respectful of the marine ecosystem, including the reef and use water and power sparingly and conservatively during your stay and do your part to keep the reef and grounds clean and use reef safe sunscreen.

Your neighborhood consists of a private island with no one but you and our staff around. Nearby is Tobacco Caye and slightly farther away is South Water Caye. You will be 12 miles off the mainland coast - 45 minutes by boat. Your nearest neighbor is the beautiful fish and wildlife of the second longest in the world - The Belize Barier Reef!
