  • Had a great time in this very special and quaint home in the Tuscan Hills. We were the only guests as it was the end of the season. It was situated very close to Vinci which we enjoyed very much. Also about 45 mins. From Florence.the views are spectacular and it would be fun to be there to enjoy the pool and a dinner on the Piazza. Giacomo and Rollie were very hospitable. The house was well equipped and comfortable.

  • We would love to be back here! The house is so beautiful and it comes with a stunning view too. We had wonderful time are at this village where we hang around most of the time, enjoying the scenic views and tasted one of the best cappuccino at Porciano (Monica's cappucino). Ronnie is such a great host, too!

  • We can't say enough to describe our wonderful visit to Toscano and the Old Stone House. There were many things to do - or it was so lovely we didn't have to do anything at all, just sit on the deck, watching the beautiful scenery, drinking our wine, visiting with other guest from all over the world. Giacamo and Rolly were so gracious, taking us to local events and giving us ideas on what to see and do. We spent 9 days and I wish it had been a month! This is one of the few places I've visited that I really want to visit again.

  • Old Stone House in Tuscany, just beautiful. What a house! Magnificient location, house is filled with lots of lovely artwork - very comfortable. Our room was the harmony room, with lovely artwork in each room and our own bathroom which was great. Our hosts Giacomo and Rolly were charming, helpful and informative on making our stay in Tuscany enjoyable. Floating in the pool under the Tuscan sun......and great views of the Tuscan hills was very relaxing. Thanks again Giacomo! And yes received the wine from Leonardo Da Vinci Winery. Till we meet again.

  • We spent eight nights at this wonderful villa and I wish we could spend eight more. The owners are very friendly and receptive. Giacomo (the owner) recommended local attractions and restaurants to us and it was the best experience ever since the direction came from the insider. The villa is located on a hill side overlooking Toscana from the patio & pool area. The rooms are nice, clean, air conditioned and each has an artistic touch to it - decorated with sculpture, art and original paintings. The owners put a lot of thought into the interior design and it feels more like being at your friend’s home instead of being at a typical hotel. You will sure need to rent a car to get to villa. The taxi is available but it makes much more sense to be able to get away and visit cities at your convenience as you drive through the hills of Toscana and small local towns which are beautiful. Kitchen has all necessary utensils for cooking - even spices, olive oil and etc. We went to a local supermarket in Lamporecchio named COOP and bought a full cart of produce, meats and wine for only 150 Euros (there were 12 of us). Pistola, Siena, Luca, Vinci, Florence are all within an hour drive or less - all worth visiting. I highly recommend this villa, especially for large groups of friends/families. It is a luxurious hidden private spot that has access to everything which makes the experience personal and unforgettable!

  • We are a family of 12 people who have just had a wonderful holiday in the old stone house in Tuscany. It is certainly not the last time we visit this house. Everything was as agreed and host lived 100% up to our expectations. We have nothing but praise for the place, the house and the nature around the house. Can really recommend to visit this beautiful house
