The house is located in the heart of Palermo, outside the ZTL, within walking distance of the main shopping streets, Via Libertà and Via Ruggero Settimo, between the two most important squares with their respective theaters, Piazza Castelnuovo with the Teatro Politeama on one side and Piazza Verdi with the Teatro Massimo on the other.
