Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Our Farmhouse is minutes from the Red River Gorge, Natural Bridge, and the area's hiking, climbing, and recreational attractions. This third-generation farmhouse's decor is rustic, with handmade furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The main feature is its large backyard and fire pit that overlooks the South Fork River.

Unique to this property are our 5 miles of private hiking trails and the only mountain biking trails in the area.

The space
The remodeled farmhouse is on a century-old tobacco farm directly on the South Fork River. The property and the original tobacco barn create an ideal setting for life in east Kentucky. The views and clear skies are spectacular to sit and enjoy, and the river is its key feature.

Guest access
A guest has access to the farmhouse, deck, fire pit, and South Fork River. The 100-acre property and the network of trails are open to all guests to enjoy all to themselves. We also provide an additional parking pad that is perfect for large trucks and trailers and all-terrain vehicles, side-by-sides, and buggies that plan on accessing the 4WD public lands that are just up the road.

We provide sheets and towels. If there is food left in the refrigerator or pantry from us or other guests, you are welcome to use it. The complete list of amenities includes.

AMENITIES:
• Free satellite Wi-fi (It's not super fast, but credits can be purchased from HugesNet to boost speeds)
• New kitchen and dining area — Includes dishwasher & food disposal.
• 50" LED flat-screen television — Netflix, DVD movies, and local channels. Sorry, we do not have cable.
• Two Bedrooms — Sleeps up to six people.
One queen bed and two double beds. Cots can be provided if requested well in advance.
• One bathroom with tub and shower — Bath towels and soap are provided.
• Utility closet equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and a folding table.
• Outdoor deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill.
• Firepit with additional outdoor seating.
• Parking Area large enough for three cars.
• Additional parking pad accommodates 4WD vehicles and trailers*.
• Horse stalls and trail riding can be made available for an additional cost. Message us for price and details.

* Vehicles and ATVs are not permitted to be driven on the farm property.
