Overlooking downtown Banner Elk & in between Sugar & Beech ski slopes. Cabin furnishings with new kitchen and bathroom. Great location, 5 minute walk to downtown with its many shops and great restaurants. Private backporch is up in the trees. It's approx 10 minutes to ski at Sugar and Beech Mountain. Five minute walk to Lees-McRae College. Dogs & cats allowed, maximum limit of 2, under 40lbs. Must be clean, nails trimmed, no fleas, well behaved & not bark excessively. $25.00 per pet per day fee.

The space
There is nothing like the peace and tranquility you get in the beautiful NC mountains. This condo offers that plus many outdoor recreational activities: boating and swimming in near by Wildcat Lake, hiking on Blue Ridge Parkway near by, Grandfather Mountain only 20 minutes away, and Boone with ASU is only 25 minutes!

Guest access
Guests have whole top floor of triplex with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room with dining room table. Also has private big backporch, fireplace, washer and dryer, and private entrance with plenty of free parking. There are no shared spaces.

Other things to note
Condo is in between Sugar skiing and Beech skiing resorts. Around 10 minute drive to either one!!! And you can walk to Lees-McRae College.
