With an ocean view in front of you and the forest behind you, relax in our home located on the south side of Bowen Island in a quiet, family-oriented cul-de-sac just 5 minutes from the golf course and beach, and 15 minutes from Snug Cove. This unique property offers separate access to three bedrooms and a living room, eating area, kitchenette, and sundeck.

Note: Kitchenette only - no full-size oven, just a countertop 10-in-1 convection oven. Owners live in the other half of the home.

Guest access
The Family Suite is a self-contained unit, occupying one half of my family home. The suite has its own entrance (except for occasional owner use to access a storage closet) and its own patio.

There is ample parking with a flat driveway.
