ATV FRIENDLY: 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house near War, WV. Easy Access to the new Hatfield McCoy trail system and Outlaw trails. Within 7 minutes to War, WV, and 10 minutes to Berwind Lake to enjoy fishing, swimming pool, and hiking. A 20 minute drive to Welch, WV to enjoy the historic town and movie theatre. Parking out front and in back for trailers. Park and ride! Just off Warrior#16.
Surrounding towns are ATV friendly and you can travel to most restaurants by ATV!

The space
ATV FRIENDLY! Ideal for large family/large group gatherings. Spacious and Cozy cottage-style house with creek behind it, firepit, and charcoal grill. House has large dining and living space for groups to enjoy. Guests may bring air mattresses if more sleep space is needed. (Additional guest fees may apply). Plenty of parking: in front, left side, and out back.

Guest access
Entire house is available. There is a basement which may contain some owner storage, but is accessible if anything in needed.

Other things to note
Most restaurants in town close around 6, and the grocery stores close at 8. If you are arriving late, you may need to plan accordingly.
