The space
This is a small house, small dining table that seats 6, also has TV trays available in the closet. I suggest reading the whole listing for detail information before booking. Nice privacy fence with small yard. This house has a gas . cooking stove . Also note that the 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft.
Guest access
Over flow parking in the softball parking lot at the entrance of the subdivision.
If you have something mailed to the property using the United States postal service, take into consideration that guest do not have access or permission to use the mailbox. If something comes in the mailbox make sure I will be in town to get it out of the mailbox for you before you have it sent to the property.
Other things to note
The house can sleep 6-8 depending on how many people you want to put in a bed. If you don’t like being crowded, I suggest 6. Different groups have different needs. I have changed the maximum amount to 8 from 6 because of guest bringing in extra guest and it not being disclosed. If you do not list the correct number of guests staying at the property, I will send a request for you to update the number of guest and possibly an extra guest fee. There is an extra guest fee after 3 people so make sure you list the correct number of guest.
THIS IS A SMALL 1100 SQUARE FT HOUSE! The kitchen is small.
There is a small dining table and 4 TV trays in the living room closet.

The master bedroom with a connecting bathroom is on the 1st floor. The 2nd bedroom and a connecting bathroom is also located on the 1st floor. You will have to travel through 1 of the bedrooms to get to a bathroom. Please consider this before booking.
There is an iron and ironing board located in the closet in the 1st bedroom. 1st aid supplies are in the cabinet above the toilet in master bath.
There is a washer and dryer in the house. I do not provide laundry detergent.
There is AT&T fiber optic internet. Rokus on the TVs so you can stream your own accounts if you like.The DIRECTV app is on the Rokus. There are some free movie apps also (Pluto tv, the CW) There is a 55-inch 4K tv in the living room and a tv in both bedrooms and in the loft. 4 TVs in total.
Please make sure the tv and Roku remote controls are left in the property.
The lamps have usb chargers, so you don’t need to move the furniture to get to an outlet.
The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, mixer, air fryer, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker,
pots and pans and dishes.
If you bring an unauthorized or undeclared animal to the property you will be asked to cancel the reservation.
Service animals should never be left unattended. service animals must leave with their owner. The fenced back yard is where your animal should be allowed to roam without a leash, not the front yard. There is a leash ordnance in Georgetown. Emotional support animals are NOT service animals. I do have service animal questions I ask when you declare you are bringing a service animal.
If you have a vehicle that leaks fluid, please do not park in the driveway. There is overflow parking in the soft ball field parking lot right down the street if 2 parking pads are not enough. Do not block or park in front of a neighbor's driveway (they can have you towed at your expense) . Parking on or over the sidewalk is illegal. Do not park in front of the mailbox, this is a non-parking zone. Absolutely no oversized vehicles in the drive way. I have 2 parking pads for standard vehicles. You will be asked by me to move if you try to put an oversized vehicle in the drive way.
My home is smoke free, I have an ashtray outside on the patio if you want to smoke. Absolutely no cigarette smoke in the house.
. I have a ring on the front door that records 24/7 with audio.
Please make sure you have all your belongings before you check out. If you leave something behind, you are free to message me, and I can hold it if you want to return or I can have it shipped to you at your expense.
Please do the dishes before you check out . I have dish washing detergent under the sink for hand washing.
There is a small charcoal grill, you are welcome to use but I do not furnish the charcoal. I have a regular coffee maker and I do supply the coffee for it.
Check out is at the time listed, if there is an issue with check out time, please message me and let me know prior to check out time. I have a cleaner who shows up promptly at check-out time. You will be charged a late check out fee of $25 per Every 15 minutes you are late checking out, as stated in the house rules. Children must be counted as guest . Please list the correct number of guests staying in the house. No unauthorized people on or in the property only registered guest. I will furnish you with 2 starter rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and 3 trash bags . I don’t furnish shampoo or conditioner, there may be some left at the property you are welcome to use .
