Door Lock Instructions

The cabin will be unlocked when you arrive, so you can simply let yourself in.

For many guests, there is no need to lock the cabin during their stay. However, if you leave and would like to secure your belongings, please follow these steps:

1. Close the door completely.
2. Pull the door firmly toward you using the handle.
3. While holding the door closed, lock the deadbolt using the keypad.
4. Before walking away, give the door handle a quick tug to confirm it is locked.

When you return, simply enter 0511 door code to unlock the door.

Please note: Because of the way the door fits the frame, the deadbolt will not lock unless the door is pulled snugly closed first. If the keypad indicates the lock did not engage, pull the door a little tighter and try again.

When you check out, you do not need to worry about leaving the cabin locked unless our checkout instructions specifically request it.

Other things to note
Third guest would sleep on the couch in the living room and would need to walk through the master bedroom to access the bathroom.

Neighborhood highlights

We live in a friendly, rural neighborhood. Across the street you can often hear a couple young boys singing while they play. The next house going left out of the driveway on the same side of the road belongs to the hosts. The three houses coming right out of the driveway belong to family members, all of whom are quality people.
