This apartment is located in the center of the village on the first floor of a vacation house. It consists of the open area of a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace.
During the renovation of this old stone house, the walls were left visible, which along with the beautiful wooden furnishing makes it a fusion of rustic and modern. The dominant colour in the living room is yellow, which makes the ambient warm and cozy. There is a sofa bed fit for two in the living room. A bedroom for two is a personalized space decorated in calm blue tones and adorned with souvenirs that we brought from our travels. It opens up to the terrace so that you can enjoy the sea breeze on warm summer nights or the sunlight in the morning. The apartment is air conditioned.
On the terrace, there is a table for four where most guests enjoy their meals in the open, and two deckchairs for relaxing. Downstairs there is a fenced garden that the guests share with us, where the children can play while their parents relax on the terrace. There is a grill available to the guests. There is also a fenced parking lot on the spot.
We will be present on the property in our apartment in the ground floor, but will only interact as much as our guests want us to.
The guests will have private access to the apartment by outer stairs.
Thanks to its central location, the apartment is in immediate vicinity of restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, a fish market, rent-a-bike… The entrance to the Nature Park Kamenjak is within a five minute walk from the house, and the nearest beach within a seven minute walk. Cape Kamenjak is a favourite destination for wind and kite surfers and cyclists, nature lovers and all people who just want to enjoy the crystal clear sea, sun, shade of the pine trees and the fresh sea air.
In the summer months, a souvenir fair and local food fair is being held on the main square of the village. Here you can buy artistic souvenirs, see how glass products are being made and bring home some local olive oil or prosciutto.
If you are interested in cultural life or gastronomy, the nearby city of Pula (a ten minute drive from the house) offers numerous concerts in the Roman amphitheatre Arena, exhibitions, fairs, great restaurants and several Roman monuments that are definitely worth a visit.
