Burdoin Mountain Apartment is a bright 2nd floor private-access apartment with full living room, modern kitchen with gas range, new washer & dryer and separate bedroom.

The living room has a TV with Roku, a pull-out sofa bed for two kids or adult, AC unit, and a work nook with desk, chair and separate lighting.

With views to the east of our local Burdoin Mountain, our backyard playground for mountain biking and hiking is at the end of our street.

The space
You have private keycode access that goes upstairs to the apartment, to an open floor living area with a study or reading nook, sofa will pullout double bed, flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix and all the other entertainment channels, new modern kitchen with gas range and breakfast bar, and dark or medium roast coffee ready for your morning coffee routine.

There is a separate bedroom with a closet, queen bed with Tuft & Needle mattress, and sleep sound machine. Our custom tiled bathroom and shower has all the amenities - shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The entire space has AC (summer) and windows that open, and a washer and dryer for your use. We do have school traffic M-F mornings from 7-8 am, which is the "busiest" time of the day in front of the house. That said, what is busy for us is not busy for most, especially if you come from the city.

There is street parking and parking right out in front of the home. We have a dog that watches the property and likes to "welcome" guests with her bark from behind the fence.

The neighborhood is very safe. Our street is the gateway to the Burdoin Mountain trail system, and just 1/2 mile down to downtown White Salmon where we have the best bakery on the planet, and exceptional food and brews at Everybody's Brewing.
