Perfect historic apartment right in the center of Lucca. Couldn't find a more perfect location. Raffaele was incredibly friendly and helpful; his suggestions on places to eat and things to do were spot on.
Really liked it!
Great apartment and very homefully receiving.
And the tips of Rafaelle where great! There is no better guestmen I know. Liked it andboth of us will come back. Thanks for the pleasent stay!
Our stay at Raffaele's apartment was great. He was extremely friendly and helpful, showing us the way around the city and recommending us very nice and arty places to have an aperitivo and dinner. The room is just as it appears in the pics, vintage, big, comfy bed and overall beautiful. Moreover, the bathroom has an amazing bathtub and its fully renovated. If (when) we return to Lucca, we will definitely stay at Raffaele's!
Raffaele's home in Lucca is simply the best AirBnB experience I have ever had or will ever have. It gets my highest recommendation possible for anyone visiting Italy. The apartment is spectacular, the location is perfect, and Lucca is a truly charming, authentic experience. In my two weeks there, it felt like my home I never wanted to leave. And the best part of all was Raffa. He plugs you into the best things the city and surrounding areas have to offer and is so incredibly attentive to anything you may need. In an authentic village such as Lucca, the experience is tenfold with a local perspective, and I can't imagine a better insider than Raffa. I was fortunate to find so much more than simply a lovely place to stay; I found a dear friend and memories to last a lifetime.
Raffaele was an excellent communicator. When we arrived, he welcomed us with a glass of wine and provided us with maps and tips for visiting Lucca. How nice! The space was huge and very stylish. The bed was super comfortable too. Note that there is a bit of noise at night from the street below, but not unusually so for Italy. Overall terrific place to stay.
