The space
Please read the full description for important information regarding staying in a tiny house.

Perched on a hill above a two-stall barn and nestled in the trees this tiny house is so relaxing. We welcome eco-enthusiast to come to have your own unique tiny house experience. This tiny house is mostly off-grid and great for environmentally forward-thinking guests; who will treat this little home with love and care. Step outside & enjoy stunning views & lots of wildlife.

the kitchenette offers: a mini-fridge, toaster oven, french press coffee maker, cooktop, and the dining essentials.
-dining for two inside or outside

the bathroom offers: (not in a separate room)
-natures head top-of-the-line composting toilet.
-use the toilet as instructed. If used properly there will be no bothersome smells. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

sleeping arrangements:
-A super cozy sleeping loft with a skylight overlooking our farm and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Great for a VERY snuggly couple or individual traveler. This is a small sleeping loft with a double bed in an A-frame space. We would not recommend it if you need a lot of space for sleeping or are very tall. Also, you have to climb a ladder to get to the sleeping loft.

wildlife: (turkey, coyote, bear, deer, salamander, hawks, etc.)
-bears that walk through the property from time to time. Please do not leave any trash or food out that may attract them.
-enjoy young fruit trees, gardens, wildflowers, lavender hill, and a dog & a cat
-tiny hiking trail (only good for late fall, winter, and early spring

off grid info:
-be conservative with your energy consumption.

other info:
-a fire pit outside (we do not provide wood)
-quiet time after 10pm
-parking is below the barn and the tiny home is up a hill. It is important to wear boots and have appropriate luggage (not rolling) for climbing a hill
