The community renovation house provides a beautiful place to stay close to downtown Jacksonville. A covered screened in front porch lounge perfect for relaxing with friends or that someone special in a special place. New appliances, furniture, TVs, and matresses provide a fresh and inviting stay in a cozy home all your own. Safe and sanitized for each stay for a suggested donation to the 501c3 that rehabbed the home, making a difference one neighborhood at a time.

The space
New designer interior 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a nice open space kitchen dining and living room common area. The addition family room space has a double bed coach that can provide another bedroom.

Guest access
The complete main house structure is provided for our guests. There is an office/apartment located in a separate building on the property behind the main house. This space is used for our non-profit office, and as an apartment if non-profit staff is visiting and not a part of the Airbnb listing.

Other things to note
Please park in the designated guest parking space in front of the house. This leaves the driveway free for additional parking in the back of the house in front of the loft office.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE. You can smoke on the screened in front porch. IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CLEANING COST.

Non-profit Founder Lauren started a 501c3 many years ago for the purpose of doing community service projects that make a difference. The most recent project for the non-profit is the Community Renovation House. Wells Fargo and 22 others companies helped Lauren take a tear down house and rehab it into a new beautifully constructed home. The home features LED lighting fixtures, new appliances, TV, and a high efficiency air-conditioning/heating system that provides a quiet and comfortable environment inside the home.
