The space
Ouano Beach House is an exclusive two-storey beachfront vacation home with a private pool and opens up to the beach. The house has four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, making it well-suited for families, friends and dive groups looking for a private seaside getaway.

Wake up to sea views and enjoy relaxed days by the pool. With generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, Ouano Beach House offers the ideal setting to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy an exclusive tropical holiday in Mactan, Cebu.

Guest access
All facilities within the beach house such as the kitchen, pool and garden area are private and exclusive for the guests of Ouano Beach House. However, the beach area is shared with the resort next door.

The beachfront is an active coastal area with passing boats and is best used for boat access for dive pick-ups, island hopping, watersports and excursions. Since it is a tidal beach, direct boat access is available during high tide. During low tide, there is approximately 500 meters of tidal flats.

After full days exploring the sea, guests can return to a private home to relax by the pool or gather and enjoy time together in the spacious living areas.

Other things to note
1. Check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM. Early Check-in or Late Check-out will be charged accordingly (Subject for request and approval)

2. Island hopping and other watersports activities can be arranged when you arrive at the villa.

3. We don't serve any meals but we have a well-equipped kitchen for guests to use. You can bring in food and drinks. Savemore Supermarket is within walking distance to buy groceries and other essentials. Check our local guide on the listing for recommended restaurants nearby.

4. We are now able to accommodate 3 extra guests. The charge after 10 guests are as follows:
Extra guest/bed = Php 2,000

There are 2 x single pull-out beds in Room 1 and 1 single pull-out bed in Room 2 . The beds cannot be moved to other rooms.

We can only accommodate a maximum total of 13 pre-registered guests including children. Additional guests and visitors even if not staying overnight are not allowed. Please advise us ahead of time if there are more than 10 persons in your group.

The villa is located beside a resort where they have restaurants and a spa. They also have a concessionaire at the beach where you can avail of different watersports activities like parasailing, banana boat riding, jet skiing etc.
