This area is easy to get around.
This is a apartment is right in the middle of Atlanta's best neighborhoods! It is walking distance to many bars and restaurants, Ponce City Market and the belt line. It was renovated in 2017 and it is just beautiful! It is the mother in law suite of the historic Whisenant Estate in Virginia Highlands. It has a 100% private entrance, a patio pad, and a washer and dryer. This place is comfy! It has a king sized bed and sleeps two. There is a smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom

The apartment is located one block away from 18 different bars and restaurants, and is easily walkable to many more.

The guests will have access to 2 private entrances to the apartment, a private back yard, and a parking spot.

Other things to note
I do cannot accept requests for short stays in the future. I usually have my smaller apartments rented for a months at a time. I can only accept a request for a shorter stay if it is close to another check out/check in day

This is my FAVORITE Atlanta neighborhood! It is an Atlanta destination for shopping, dining and bar hopping. It is also very close to Midtown, Piedmont Park and Little 5 Points.
