Three floors. 8 bedrooms (1 king, 1 full and 6 queen beds) with individual A/C units. 2 bedrooms have attached bathroom and 4 have a cathedral ceiling.. 2 living rooms, 4 full bathrooms, full kitchen, separate kitchenette, dining/entertainment area and solarium. 4 stone-walled acres. Shaded seasonal 40 ft pool with screen house and outdoor cooking and dining areas..

The space
Full kitchen with cooking oven & range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and other customary appliances as well as a full outfit of pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, place mats, napkins, dishes, bowls, glasses, crystal and other kitchen and dinner ware make for a gratifying home gastronomic experience

Elevated, tree-level views of surrounding properties, towering trees and plenty of birds and other little critters provided by out-sized windows situated up to 40 ft above neighboring land.

The babble of bird calls greeting you in the morning and throughout the day.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER THE GUEST RESIDENCE AT ANY TIME TO ENFORCE OUR RULES, PARTICULARLY REGARDING SAFETY ISSUES AND SMOKING!

You are entitled to exclusive use of the separately-entered/locked guest suite portion of the barn and the right to stroll, sun bathe and recreate on the Barn's stone-walled grounds. Host and husband occupy their own separate space in the back of the building.

Exclusive use of the pool area including 40 ft L-shaped pool, screened pool house with mini frig, a dozen poolside chairs and lounges, and a picnic area including gas grill and shaded picnic table. Pool is typically open from about June 10 to about September 10.

Plenty of on-site free parking is available.
