This room is an enjoyable and convenient room.

It takes 4 minutes walk from the nearest station, you can stay private 4 bed rooms of the house where is a good access to sightseeing spot. This is not share with other guest.
I provide towels, washing machine, Kitchen tools and so on.

There are so many good local restaurants and convenient store and super market.
I meet you when you check in. and I will solve the problem about your trip.

The space
Bed rooms:
There are 2 Japanese room on the 2nd floor and 1 Japanese room and 1 western style room on the 3rd floor. There are beds and desk, table in the room. (check photos)

kitchen:
Kitchen is on 1st floor and there is space to eat. You can use refrigerator, stove, microwave, rice cooker, pot, various dishes are available freely.

Bathroom:
Bathroom is on the 1st floor with a bathtub. A washing machine and a wash basin are also here. Towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent are available.

Shower room:
Shower room is on the 3rd floor without a bathtub.

Restroom:
There are 2 toilet on the 1st and 2nd floor. It is a Western-style restroom.

Guest access
Take off your shoes in front of the entrance.
・Please don't break / steal anything!
・Please don't have a party here!(This is residential apartment. Please try to keep quiet for neighbors at night.)
・Please don't smoke inside the apartment.

- You can check-in between after 3:00pm.
- Check-out is at 11:00 am or anytime before.

[ About availability of the room ]
My calendar is basically "ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE" no matter what the website says. For your convenience, there is no need to ask me if it is available. One Night reservations may not be accepted. Last minute booking is available. (Please ask us.)

[ About charge calculation ]
The total price is composed of three parts:
1. Nightly price x number of nights (plus any nightly charges for extra guests when applicable)
2. Cleaning fee (one-time fee)
3. Service fee (one-time fee set and collected by airbnb, typically between 6 and 12%)
