A country oasis on an Organic Lavender & Vegetable farm located on the Beamsville Bench, in the heart of Niagara wine country. We are within minutes of 40+ wineries and the finest food in Ontario.

Relax, have a glass of wine on your private deck. Enjoy a morning coffee on the beautiful garden terrace, or exploring our farm. Have fun hiking the Bruce Trail or visiting one of Niagara's many attractions.

We are approx. 40 min to picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake and 30 min to Niagara Falls.

The space
Our Carriage House is a fully private and self contained 400 sq ft apartment, separate from the main house, with a private entry and deck. This open concept unit has a living and dining area, a complete bathroom, and a kitchenette.

We supply your first morning breakfast of eggs, bacon, sour dough bread and a bottle of wine from Vineland Estates. We also supply a blanket and pillows if you would like to enjoy a picnic among our fields of lavender and herbs.

If you feel like having a night in, don’t worry! The kitchenette comes complete with a toaster oven, stove-top, toaster, coffee-maker and magic-bullet; everything you need to make a meal. A barbecue on your private deck is perfect for an evening cookout. With the comfortable loungers and TV, you can rest up with a movie night.

The space will sleep two adults comfortably in a king bed. If you have a small child, we do have a pack n play, high chair, and cot available for your use.

Although the apartment is fully separate, we do live and work on site with our two very friendly dogs.
