This is a famous landmark former Hotel that was converted to condominiums , originally built in 1939 Art Deco building in the style of typical South Beach architectures.
( Building's West Front Façade is undergoing a complete restoration).
The Space is a cozy 220 sq ft, kitchenette equipped with everything you need for a perfect fun in the sun vacation in South Beach, if you look out your window at an angle between the coconut trees you can actually "catch a glimpse" of the beach and the water.

Prime Location On South Beach:
A Publix supermarket is within walking distance as well as lots of restaurants and coffee shops a Starbucks is a short block away, going on a three block walk down to South Point Park and watch the cruise ships head out at sunset.
The condo is located between M.S.D. Ocean Beach Park to the south and to the north Lummus Park starting the action of south beach restaurants clubs, bars and outside dining and entertainment.

You don't need a car to get around South Beach or the downtown/ bayside areas.
*South Beach is small enough you can walk most places,"beach, restaurants ,clubs ,shopping and supermarket.
*Taxis. Cabs are a dependable — and relatively inexpensive on short trips.
*Easy access to public transportation to or from MIA airport, South Beach, Aventura Mall, etc...
*Swoop Miami: Free shuttle service that cruises around South Beach, Just call or send a text message with your location, and they’ll arrive within 15 minutes.runs every day, from 12 noon until 2:00 am.
*Local Bus: Ride for only 25¢ per trip. Buses run every 12 to 20 minutes daily, stopping at popular destinations throughout SoBe.
* Decobike: Miami Beach Bike Rental program, runs 24 hours per day and rental rates start at $4 for a thirty-minute access pass. Stations throughout SoBe.
*Parking Off Street only ($1.75/hr).
There are metered Parking spaces in front of the condo, and additional spaces across the street.
PARKING: valet lot 1 block away that charges anywhere from $25-$30 a night.
Be aware a lot of units in SoBe charge a separate fee for their on site parking.

with a strong commitment to the constant betterment of our facilities, our Historical building is undergoing a restoration with a number of goals in mind, to guest comfort:
*Hallway Air Conditioning Systems.
*health and safety (such as fire prevention and suppression, etc.)
*(Elevator System Maintenance)*.
****(From October 31st West Front Façade is undergoing a complete restoration).****
****(Plan for the possibility that there may not be main front door access in Feb or March as it may risk guests safety, access will be made on both southwest entry gates, beach access will remain accessible with FOB).*****
***(Other projects may also be undertaken both in the areas of scheduled projects and in areas that have not yet been designated).***
***(From Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm while work is underway, renovation, and repair projects will necessarily cause increased noise around directly involved and nearby residences, as well as throughout other housing areas. While all possible measures are taken to minimize the impact of these projects, and some days and weeks there is no work being done, guests should be prepared to accept the unavoidable aspects of life in a neighborhood under construction).***

We had a really good experience at gio&lebrunos apartment! The location was perfect, in the middle of ocean drive! The beach, restaurants and shopping were only a few footsteps away. Gio met us up just when we jumped out of the taxi so we didnt have any trouble at all finding the place! He was a really good host and he showed us around the neighbourhood! Checkout is normally 11am but we were leaving late in the night and nobody had booked our apartment so we could stay there the hole day to take a shower and leave our belongings. We appriciated that very much!! The only thing that was little disapointment was that they rebuild the building and there was plastic all over the front side of the building. But over all that didnt even matter. You gonna love staying there for a couple of days!! :))

Gio was great. He responded to messages and texts immediately and gave us a small tour around the neighborhood upon our arrival. The room is small and has no view, but it's fine for a vacation. The location is absolutely amazing: the building is literally on the beach. It's a great price for this location. The only downsides were that there were some construction noise in the mornings, and that the wifi connection was a bit slow.

"We are working very hard to reduce some of the construction noise in the mornings as we are now entering the final phase, as for the free unlimited WiFi connection the download speed is 7.35 Mbps modeled anticipating and satisfying most guest's needs under normal Web-browsing.
Gio was a very friendly and informative host. The studio was clean and very practical, well stocked and it's location within SoBe is simply unbeatable, right on the beach and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Excellent value for the money.
Gio was a terrific host - very communicative and readily available to answer questions and provide information about the surrounding area. The studio itself was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a single traveler/couple in South Beach for a long weekend. The location is incredible - five steps out the back gate and you're on the beach and within walking distance to any restaurant, cafe, or shopping area (20 minutes to Lincoln Road) in South Beach. All in all, I had a great stay.
Om ni letar efter ett perfekt och ändå prisvärt boende så kan ni sluta leta! Gio och hans studio är på alla sätt strålande, med stranden precis bakom huset och på lagom avstånd från det högljudda turiststråket. Ni har restaurangerna nedför gatan, liksom betalparkering att ställa bilen på. Studion är liten men rymmer allt ni behöver. Ron är en exemplarisk värd. Vi är så nöjda och hoppas kunna komma tillbaka!
