Our guesthouse is truly rare. Just a mile from the Plaza and Museum Hill, it has floor to ceiling windows with a contemporary layout in the middle of Santa Fe. Serene and secluded. We see deer often. The private patio has mountain views and a fire pit to cozy up to during the evening. This is a unique and amazing property with fantastic views and a modern feel.

Both have Lull firm mattresses.

- Bathroom has a glass wall shower, full tub for a relaxing soak after skiing or hiking or the days journey. Full walk in closet with built in 6 drawer bureau, and ample shelving.

- Kitchen with 6 foot by 15 foot long granite waterfall island for dining and hanging out.
- Big chill 1960’s vanity appliances all in basil green, including - Refrigerator w ice maker, 6 burner gas stove, and Microwave in basil to match. Excellent cooking environment.
- Custom cabinetry throughout
- Samsung washer and dryer beneath the counter
- Garbage disposal in sink
- Toaster oven
- Espresso machine
- Keurig coffee maker
- TV in each room
- Patio is furnished for hanging out. We have an outdoor gas fireplace to gather around at night

Guest access
Serenity is a private home located on our acre and a half property. It is not shared at all. Joyce and Whit live nextdoor, but we won’t see each other, unless you want to.

Joyce and Whit met in 2016, and married here on the property. Whit worked in hospitality mostly, and still enjoys cooking. He mostly enjoys golf. Joyce raised a family here in Santa Fe, with 2 daughters graduating Santa Fe Preparatory school. She enjoys seeing her 2 grandchildren often. Joyce has been making art for almost 40 years, as well as playing recital piano for as long.
