Beautiful, fully furnished 2BR 1Bath 1st Floor unit is surrounded by trees of Squak Mountain. Quiet serene neighborhood with private horse trails, great for hiking or walking a dog, accessible from the back yard. Large landscaped yard is often visited by deer, rabbits, and many birds.

This completely remote natural setting still allows you access to downtown Seattle, skiing in the mountains, and premium shopping.

Note: The property, on a mountain, may require a 4-wheel drive vehicle in winter

Guest access
This apartment is the full lower level of a house with a separate private entrance and outdoor covered patio. Guests may also use the front yard, which is an open cleared lawn, or walk up several stairs in back to gain access to a horse trail, which is a wonderful, safe place to enjoy a nature walk or walk a dog.

No access to garage or hot tub is allowed.
