Amazing views, no intrusions to line of sight. Quiet road ensures a quiet safe place for families and pets. Streets are Plowed and maintained throughout the year with multiple heat sources inside to stay warm. Fantastic place for stargazing, getting away from the city, yet close enough to town to enjoy the village amenities. Walking distance to lake/ponds and trails. Off road vehicle friendly. Perfect place to chill out and enjoy nature while still accessible with the comforts of home.

The space
Amazing views from this 2000 sq ft cabin, 3 larger sized bedrooms, updated full kitchen, 2 baths. Everything you’d need in the brand new stainless steel and granite kitchen to feel like home.
Spacious yard filled with tall Aspen, cedar, birch, pine trees with tree house and swing-set and tree nets in mini forest in front for little ones to explore. Plenty of wildlife to admire; lots of deer, turkeys, squirrels, birds, chipmunks, lots of woodchucks too.

Master has new luxury queen sized bed and private entrance to backyard forest. Private bathroom and shower, with walk in closet and flat screen tv.

Downstairs guest bedroom has a large full double sized bed, walk in closet and attached bathroom with private entrance.

Huge Upstairs bedroom has 4 full sized beds with 4 twin sized trundle beds for the family/friend get togethers. Large brand new 50+inch smart tv for late night movies.

Loft can be used as workspace, extra sleeping area (fit rollaway beds, air mattresses of course some cribs/pack and plays) or use as a quiet reading nook.

Gorgeous wrap around deck with bbq, dining table, and propane fire pit for relaxing and star gazing. Enjoy the milky-way views from the swinging hammocks and take in the fresh mountain air.

Never ending views with large 10 seater fire pit and 2 picnic tables for enjoying the outdoors. (S’mores safely and be careful to extinguish fires to prevent forest fire).

High speed WiFi, smart tv, lots of books and board games and crafts for family time. Hulu/Netflix/Prime available as well as access to additional apps if registered.

Lots of toys and games for kids

Full sized Washer and dryer on site available for use.

Roads maintained year round, circle driveway ensures you’ll fit all your cars and toys.

Close to Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Brian head ski resort, and many more. Lots of fishing, trails, hiking, atv riding- tons to do while enjoying the outdoors.

Enjoy the space, there’s one closet locked off where the cleaning crew keeps their stash, otherwise make yourself at home. Please do not wonder past the picnic tables in the backyard into the woods under any circumstances.

WINTER GUESTS- 4 wheel drive vehicles are a necessity for mountain life December- March. Please check the weather before your trip. If there is a snowstorm you can check the status of the roads on the UDOT app or website. The Facebook group Duck Creek Village News can be helpful to her current road conditions as well as many of the residents post pictures for reference. There is plow service but keep in mind the village and surrounding neighborhoods are gravel roads to begin with. We also have private plow service for the driveway.

Other things to note
This is our family cabin, we are working to improve it and by having you as a guest it enables us to continue to the work and make the place better and better as we go. We plan to make many improvements in the coming months to maximize the space, fun, and peace and it wouldn't be possible without you staying to offset the times we are tied to a desk and unable to make it up there.
