First bedroom is very large (40 sq.m) with a smaller bathroom: luxury king bed, which can be easily transformed into 2 single beds. The room can also accommodate a child in a separate bed.

The space
Villa Sant'Anastasio - luxury historic villa near San Gimignano and Volterra which dates back to the 14th century. The Villa was carefully restored by its current owners, who live on the first floor of the Villa. The ground floor is decorated, managed and rented out by "Sant'Anastasio Societa Agricola SRL". One of the best holiday accommodations in the San Gimignano / Volterra area. Close to Sienna, Florence, Pisa, Chianti and Bolgheri. Historic Cantina could be rented from the owners.
The Villa enjoys complete privacy: private entrance and territory of four hectares with olive grove are available only to the owners and the guests of the Villa. This luxury Tuscany villa offers three Suites of different sizes, large common area where indoor or outdoor breakfast is served, and large 'infinity' swimming pool overlooking the skyline of the ancient City of Volterra.
Luxury Agriturismo offers three holiday suites of different sizes on the ground floor of the Villa Sant'Anastasio. All suites have separate entrances. All suits are tastefully decorated and furnished with materials, furniture and equipment of highest quality.
Large indoor and outdoor breakfast areas and billiard room are available to all guests of the Villa. Over one meter thick walls of the Villa and the stone ceilings make air-conditioning completely unnecessary. It is always fresh inside the accommodation regardless of the temperature outside.
Each suite has its own private 'giardino' with beautiful garden furniture where guests can relax or enjoy private 'al fresco' lunches and dinners.
Guest access
Cleaning: Daily cleaning and once a week change of luxury linen is provided. Cleaning charge of Euro 200 (100 per bedroom) per stay is payable on arrival.
Pool: Large 'infinity' pool overlooking a stunning Tuscan landscape and ancient Volterra city skyline.
Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available.
Breakfast and self-catering policy: Self-catering in the Villa is not allowed. Breakfast is included in the price.
Historic Cantina rental: For special occasions the historic 14th century Cantina in the basement of the Villa could be rented from the owners at a separate charge.
Agriturismo Products: Biologic Wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by "Sant'Anastasio Societa Agricola" can be tasted and purchased on site.
