We know you'll have a great stay in this private suite, downstairs in our house. Quinn Drive is a perfect location to Wascana Park, downtown, university, coffee shops and shopping! It's a short walk to Wascana Lake, Science Centre and IMAX, playgrounds, the lake's marina and bike path. The suite has large windows and is bright. We are friendly to dogs, allergic to cats. *Please note there will be extra cost for EV charging.

The suite's kitchen is well equipped and you are steps away from a major grocery store. About the air conditioning during summer. The house has A/C which we don't run 24/7 because the basement - the suite would be freezing cold. We run it when required so that the entire house including the suite is comfortable. If you find the suite warm and the A/C is not on, please let us know and we will gladly turn on the A/C. If you would like the suite warmer in summer, opening the windows of the suite lets in those wonderful warm summer breezes! The suite also has a large fan. There is a space heater for winter to increase warmth to your liking.

In addition to the suite, you're welcome to use the patio table and chairs, lounging area and fire pit (wood provided).

Neighborhood highlights
Regina hosts many international events namely Agribition, the Farm Progress Show, Curling events and is home of the Roughriders football team (CFL). Our location is very handy for the business traveller as well as visitors in general attending these events. The General Hospital is a few blocks away for medical related stays. We know you'll enjoy the convenience yet quietness of our location!
Arnheim Place is a very small neighbourhood known for it's easy access to Wascana Park, North America's largest urban park! Winter or summer, the park is a beautiful place to walk, run or cycle, kayak, canoe or cross country ski. Our closeness yet separateness from the downtown area make the neighbourhood unique too, it's just super handy! Can't forget to mention, the Conexus Arts Centre and University of Regina are very close as well.

We both ride motorcycles and much of the summer is spent on 2 wheels visiting our family on the coast or riding with friends in search of curvy roads! We are prairie people who love and enjoy our home and our city. We’re proud to live on the prairies, loving the living skies and beautiful Saskatchewan vistas.
