The Florida Living Room = 2 sleeper sofas with optional memory foam mattress toppers, sleeps 2.
The Sun Room = 1 sleeper sofa, sleeps 1.

2nd Floor:
The Aslan Primary Bedroom = Queen bed, sleeps 2.
The Rose Bedroom = 2 Twin beds, sleeps 2.
The Blue Bedroom = Full bed, sleeps 2.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood of Little Havana & Shenedoah is situated perfectly in the Middle of Miami proper. While residential in nature, it still manages to be close to all of the nightlife, Cuban heritage areas, the beaches, & Miami’s most touristic spots which is precisely why we hand-selected this home to host you guys.

As a Miami-Native (Margarita), I grew up in Kendall, Sweetwater, Pine Crest, & Coral Gables. While all beautiful (especially the last 2), those neighborhoods are further away and I always found myself stuck driving in awful Miami traffic to go anywhere to have fun or to visit the Beach.

Shenandoah & Little Havana are just about the best area where you can find beautiful, single-family homes that are the closest to where you want to be as a Miami visitor without entering more questionable NW neighborhoods or condo listings that are not ‘contractually allowed’ in the city of Miami.

We know you’ll love its proximity & convenience!
