This sweet home has private garden living spaces and is about a 5-minute walk to Stinson and the beach and has easy access to the mountain and trails above town.

+ Roomy second bedroom with a bath down the hall.
+ Living area with fireplace has a view to the sea.
+ A nice sized kitchen with a sunny window and granite counters.
+ Roomy kitchen table dining plus stools for kitchen counter meals.
+ Nice deck and garden area for barbecue and outdoor living.
+ Easy parking.
+ All 31 day booking will include a mid-stay cleaning in the cleaning price
Your dog is welcome with approval. ($50/week , or $150 per month pet fee will be requested per pet, along with $50 extra for each cleaning. )

Stinson has a small market but strongly suggest going to the grocery store before you get here. If coming from the south try Good Earth on Highway 1, or one of the Mill Valley stores if coming from the north.

+ Stinson Beach itself is about a 2-mile stretch of sandy beach with views to San Francisco and lots of sand dollars .
+The Bolinas Lagoon behind the beach has all sorts of wildlife including sea mammals that rest and sun on the land that gets exposed when the tide goes down.
+You can access the mountains behind the lagoon from the Matt Davis trail access near the house and loop around by Table Rock and drop down into town via a trailhead near the community center. Other trails like Dipsea are easy access too.
+ The town offers quaint shopping and several good restaurants (e.g. Parkside, Sand Dollar, Breakers and the beachside Siren joint).
