The house is in the Historic District. Just blocks away to hiking trails in State and National Parks. It's a short five-minute drive to Hot Springs National Park Bathhouse Row and downtown restaurants and shops.
The house has 2 units that share the front porch only. They have separate entrances. Also have separate backyard fencing.
Pets that are house trained are allowed.
Please declare pets at time of reservation we do charge a pet fee.

2 Private Bedrooms each one has a King Size Bed. There is a full size pullout bed in living room.
Off street parking. Parking also in empty lot to the east.

Originally from Minneapolis, moved down here after 45 winters. After marrying my beautiful bride we had an extra house to rent. We then found out about Airbnb and gave it a try. It has been a great experience. We have also traveled and booked Airbnb in Paris and a few places in the states.
