Centrally located, just a short drive to the lake, resorts and casinos. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of upscale amenities. Two living areas, a game room with pool table and bar seating. 7-person Spa with views of the lake. Master suite with King size bed, fireplace(out of order), huge walk-in closet, en-suite with double vanity, steam shower, heated floors.TVs in every bedroom and free wifi. Perfect for a family get away or a retreat with all your friends!

The space
First floor includes two bedrooms, a bathroom. A cozy sitting area with gas fireplace opens up to the dining room and kitchen. Upstairs is a giant living space that includes a full size pool table and bar seating. An entertainment space with TV and ample seating for the whole family and more! Off the upstairs living area are two decks, one with an outdoor patio set and the other with a 7-person hot tub/spa with a lake view.

The house is 10 min to the Heavenly Gondola and Stateline, Nevada. 20 min to Sierra at Tahoe & 40 min from Kirkwood. There are 4 parking spaces available on the property. One inside our two-car garage and the remaining 3 in the large driveway in front.
