Steeped in nature, it provides a place to be revived, to find peace and have time to ponder.
Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had!

The gazebo is a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods from the farm house.

The space
The gazebo is surrounded by trees giving everything a dappled green light. Sit on the deck and listen to the wind in the trees as you watch the birds darting from branch to branch. Wake to the sound of the birds singing or the goats playing in the nearby pasture. It’s such a peaceful place!
We love nature and animals and that’s reflected here. The farm is always growing, we have goats, sheep, chickens (ALOT of chickens), bees, and turkeys, a rabbit, and heaps of cuddly kittens!
The back deck of the farmhouse is where our family usually hangs out and if you feel like sitting g around the fire with us, we’d love to have you!

You do need to know that there is no bathroom at the gazebo, it’s a 1minute walk to the farm house.

Where you’ll be

Grand Haven, Michigan, United States

Apart from green acres just 2 miles down the street is connors bayou. It’s a beautiful nature park. There is fishing off the dock, trails to walk or bike, and another location to launch kayaks into the Grand River.
It’s amazingly beautiful and fun to explore nature there.
Potawatomi park is our family’s personal favorite. This park has play sets and swimming / fishing area right on the bayou. You can even launch your kayak or paddle boards here too. They have grills to cook out as well.

And of course LAKE MICHIGAN! Grand haven’s state park is less than 15minutes away. With a cute downtown area and a river walk and pier with lighthouse and beach all together, it’s quite the hit! Grand Haven has a lot to offer!
Washington st is grand haven main strip lots and has lots of boutique shops and eateries. BEST COFFEE IS ALDEA (found on the main st).
