The apartment is 80 meters from the Sandro Pertini seafront, there in addition to the beautiful walk near the sea, there are free beaches and Solarium equipped for a fee. We are 200 meters from the Cumana train Gerolomini station that connects us with Naples and less than a km from the port of Pozzuoli, where you can board for the islands.

The space
It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, an equipped kitchenette overlooking the living room where there is a double folding sofa bed (to be requested when booking, to be prepared), and a semi-panoramic balcony.
Covered by wi-fi, it has two invert 12 BTU air conditioners, a 55-inch smart TV on the wall with the free use of Prime and Netflix.
The maximum occupancy of the apartment is for a number of 6 people (3 double beds).
In the apartment there is a campsite crib that we provide for free, excluding sheets and covers that we are not provided.
In the kitchen, there are waste containers and a calendar for their disposal, please respect it. The apartment must be left free of waste. Thank you.

Guest access
The apartment is in the second building on the right entering the avenue. It is recommended not to enter the driveway with the car, because it is a bit narrow and blind (no exit). To access the apartment, it is necessary to climb some stairs, it is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Guests arriving after the permitted time (late at night) can request self check-in at the time of booking. In this case, they must send the identification documents before arriving at the property, and after that, you will be provided with the code for the keys that will be placed in the box near the entrance door. Please respect the check-out time to allow us to clean and welcome the next guests. If you have other needs (staying until the evening) book an extra day, we will give you a discount and we will all be more relaxed, we do not have a separate space to keep your luggage. The apartment is equipped with a light on and off key, located at the entrance.
When booking, please tell us the approximate time of arrival, so that we can meet you at the property (we do not live there). A message half an hour before arrival is appreciated.

Other things to note
At check-in, you will need to sign a pre-filled short-term rental contract, as required by current rental regulations, of which we will issue you a copy.
Also at check-in, you will need to pay the tourist tax in cash, which came into force in JUNE 2024, equal to €2.00 per guest.
CHILDREN from 0 to 10 years old DO NOT PAY. Collection up to 7 days.
Bed and bath linens for each guest are included in the price.
Additional requests are to be considered extra charge (1 set of bed linen €5.00 - 1 set of bath linen €5.00.

The property is located in a quiet area, near the S. Pertini and at the same time within walking distance there are all the restaurants, pubs, pizzerias of the area and other clubs, you'll be spoiled for choice. Less than 70 meters away is our Sacred Heart of Jesus church, very welcoming. Very close to the supermarket, tobacconist, bar. Pozzuoli is a charming town, we all know each other, we are like a big family, always ready to lend a hand.
