Peace and quiet

This home is in a quiet area.
Our cozy guest suite is clean and comfortable. With a mini kitchenette (no range), a full bath, a common area, and a separate bedroom, it's a great place to spend your evenings after a day of adventure in beautiful Southern Utah. We are 21 miles from Zion's National Park. We are within walking distance of La Verkin confluence park and the Virgin River. We do not allow pets, events, smoking or vaping.

This space is not fancy. But it is a cozy, comfortable and very clean space.

Guest access
There is an outside area with a patio set to enjoy. The evening hours are the best time to enjoy this outside space because it is shaded. We also have an outside storage area for bicycles and other large items that would need to be locked up.

Other things to note
We are a family with children. The suite is part of our home. Therefore, you will possibly hear our family going about our everyday lives. However, we do try to keep the noise down for our guests sake.

Because we have children in the home, we have a strict quiet hours policy. The quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Neighborhood highlights

We live in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac, with friendly neighbors. Children frequently play in our yard. We live just blocks from the Virgin River ravine. La Verkin does not have much of a night life. If you want to hit clubs and/or bars, you would have to travel to Springdale or to St. George.
