We only provide a starter pack of basic toiletries, such as Hotel-Style Shampoo, Conditioner, & Soap, Hair Dryer, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per Bathroom.

In the kitchen a sponge, small dish soap bottle: dishwasher tablets (if applicable), 1 roll of paper towel, and 3-5 trash bags are provided.

This unit has pots/pans and other cooking utensils. Due to Covid 19, as of March 2020 we no longer provide any consumable such as salt, pepper, coffee, oil, or the like.

The hot tub is cleaned after each reservation, on occasion the service includes de-foaming which can cause murky water. The water will clear up as it is filtered. Also remember you are at the beach and it is extremely hard to get and keep sand out of the hot tub. Please help by rinsing off before entering.

When a washer and dryer is in the unit, it is for your use however, we do not provide any form of laundry supplies and we do not do your laundry for you.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. In the event you forget something in the unit, we will hold it for you at the office to retrieve. If you are out of town and would like us to mail/ship the item, please note the following:

*We will require a deposit for more than the expected shipping costs and charge you a $30 handling fee. This will be paid via your booking portal or we will require a credit card prior to shipping.

*We will refund any remaining amount after shipping costs (and MSVR handling fee) have been determined by USPS/FedEx/UPS

*All shipping will be standard ground and will be at the availability of the staff's schedule (estimated at 3-5 business days).
We ask all guests to ensure they have all their belongings when leaving the unit.
