In a very quiet area but close to shops and transport, independent accommodation (at the bottom of the garden) renovated accessible by a completely independent entrance. Completely renovated and equipped to accommodate 2 people : bedroom, shower room, dining room with kitchenette.
Easy parking and quick access to tram (relay parking). 15 min from the center of Bordeaux once in the tram. Close to KEDGE.

Totally blackout curtains in the room.
